The first two new-generation DD 350-II spoke reduction machines for single and double-thickend spokes have been successfully put into operation at a customer in Asia. In daily production practice, they achieve the throughput of 40 blanks per minute specified by us - a performance that is 10 times higher than conventional systems. They maintain a roundness tolerance of two to three hundredths of a millimeter.

The innovation: servo-controlled forming rollers. Like all Amba machines, the new DD 350-II reduction machine is an all-in-one machine. All process steps from uncoiling the wire to the finished blank are carried out in the same machine.
