Two bolts made at the same time
New machine makes double bolts
AMBA has designed the first machine capable of producing two bolts at the same time. The bolts have a screw head at both ends. In a subsequent process step, the bolts are cut into two pieces. This is a highly flexible method for producing screws of varying lengths. The machine can produce up to 400 screw blanks per minute.
