Aachener Maschinenbau GmbH (Amba) will be showing two new All-in-One machines at the WIRE 2024 trade show. The BM12 machine is the first screwmaking machine able to produce up to 70 screws per minute from 18-mm-dia wire.
The third generation of Amba’s All-in-One reducing machines further improves the straightness of single- and double-butted spokes – as used in electric and cargo bikes, for example.
Aachener Maschinenbau GmbH (Amba) has further enhanced its proven All-in-One machines for long-screw production: The machines are now able to produce up to 420-mm-long full-thread screws of 10 mm outside diameter.
At WIRE 2022, Amba is going to introduce its new all-in-one machine for the production of 10-mm-diameter full-thread screws in lengths of up to 420 mm. It is the first machine in the world able to produce screws of this length and diameter from the coiled wire to the finished product in a continuous cycle.
Amba has enhanced the functionality of its All-in-One screw and bolt making machines. New machining options provide even higher throughput rates and more flexibility in the screw making shop. The new-generation machines can produce screws with a milled-in notch along their tip at rates of up to 80 pieces per minute.
